my sleeping habits are all messed up. since school started, i now get approximately 3-4 hours of sleep. Not good!!! but i can't change it. my body isn't use to sleeping early. so daily naps are fitted into my regular schedule. waste of time, but they are needed.only if i was a vampire who didn't need sleep. then when day light savings time begins i get to loose one hour of sleep. GREAT. just great...
